Return & Refund Policy – ARL Navco

30-Day Returns – Unused & Inactive Devices

If you have not activated your newly purchased ARL Navco tracker or accessory and wish to return it simply because you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Requirements:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition
  • All original components and accessories must be included
  • You must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase

If any parts are missing or the packaging is incomplete, a restocking fee of up to 16% may be deducted to cover replacement and repackaging costs.

Activated Devices

If the device has been activated and is returned due to a change of mind (not a product fault), the subscription or cellular connection fees already paid cannot be refunded, as they are non-recoverable charges billed directly to the service provider.

Defective Products

If your device is defective, please contact ARL Navco Customer Support before initiating a return. Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Issue a Return Label
  • Ship a replacement unit within 48 hours
  • Guide you through the activation process

How to Return a Product

  1. Request a return label from ARL Navco Customer Support
  2. Package the product securely in its original box
  3. Include your name, email, IMEI/SN/ID number & order number with the return
  4. Place the note outside of the box (do not mark the box itself)
  5. Ship to the address provided by our support team

Please allow up to 14 business days for the return and refund to be processed.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an IMEI/SN/ID number will not be accepte
  • Devices that are damaged due to misuse or abuse are not eligible for return or refund
  • All ARL Navco devices are quality-tested before shipping—please ensure you’ve followed all setup instructions and contacted support before requesting a return

Subscription Refund Policy – ARL Navco

At ARL Navco, we prepay our cellular partners at the start of each billing term to ensure seamless connectivity for your GPS device. As these fees are non-refundable from the carrier—regardless of usage — our refund policy reflects this industry-standard practice.

Please review the terms below before submitting a refund request.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Only payments made within six (6) months of the refund request are eligible.
  • The associated subscription services must be unused within the eligibility period.
  • Customers on long-term plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled before the plan's end date.

Discretionary Refunds

  • Requests outside the standard refund terms will be evaluated at the discretion of ARL Navco.
  • Consideration will be given to exceptional circumstances and subscription length on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact ARL Navco Customer Support at info@arlnavco.com with your account details and refund reason.
  • Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Shipping & handling fees
  • Taxes applied at purchase

ARL Navco reserves the right to update or revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice

No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Items bought from unauthorized retailers. (Only purchases from our official Amazon store and website are eligible).
